only those who know where they stand, know what to do
Before the training starts we do an endurance-stage-test (Physical Working Capacity) on the bike ergometer with every client. This test is important to state performance and capacity of the cardiovascular system. After a warm-up phase the pressure is slowly increased in stages. Here, the pulse behavior of the customers is measured by remote sensing via a chest strap. If the specified limit is exceeded, the pressure is significantly reduced and, furthermore, the pulse recovery is determined. Due to the pulse behaviour you can find out how resilient or trained the cardiovascular system is and classify the client into a stage pyramid. The test is recognized in medicine for a long time and has proven itself for years. It is similar to a stress ECG. Based on the results a training plan is prepared for the following endurance training. With the help of repeating tests we can control and optimize the training.
